7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid Dubrly subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After that window, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.

Refunds are not available for usage that has already been consumed (audio minutes transcribed, translated, or synthesised), since those calls incur third-party AI costs at the time of generation.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
